Role: Senior Documentation Specialist

Location: Canada, Remote

Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize, and maintain project documentation required for go-live and project closure.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to collect and validate required content.
• Drive documentation readiness by proactively engaging project teams and tracking progress.
• Ensure documentation meets organizational standards, quality requirements, and audit/compliance needs.
• Identify gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to complete outstanding deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level experience in project documentation, PMO support, or project governance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation efforts simultaneously.
• Experience supporting project closeout, operational handoff, and go-live readiness activities.
• Must be based in North America (Any Location).
