Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a formal supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Direct experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics center. Familiarity with managing the handling and documentation for high-value electronic components is required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Physical Demands: Requires frequent walking, standing, and the ability to work in an environment with moving machinery. Must ensure the proper use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Educational requirements may vary by geography.
