Job Description

Northwest Partners is looking for a Creative Operations Administrator who's passionate about keeping creative projects organized and supporting efficient day-to-day operations. This role will coordinate requests, deliverables, documentation and digital assets while providing basic design support using Canva and Microsoft design tools.

What YOU will do

Provide administrative support to the creative team, including managing requests, organizing documentation, maintaining records and coordinating team activities.

Track creative projects, timelines, deadlines and deliverables from briefing through completion.

Use Canva and Microsoft design tools to create, update and format presentations, graphics, templates and other digital materials.

Organize and maintain digital files, design assets, templates and creative resources.

Coordinate with stakeholders and creative team members to gather information, clarify requirements and manage feedback.

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, recording action items and following up on outstanding tasks.

Maintain project trackers, status updates and documentation supporting creative initiatives.

Assist with reviewing and formatting creative materials for consistency, accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Support competing priorities and provide general administrative assistance across the creative function as needed.

What YOU will bring us

Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination or creative operations support role.

Experience working within a creative, marketing, communications or design team is preferred.

Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft tools, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to make basic design edits and create polished materials.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience managing multiple requests, maintaining trackers and coordinating deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with creative and business stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
