About the Role
Line Crewing is looking for a native Dutch- or French-speaking professional based in Belgium to join our team as a Business Development Partner - Belgium.
The role focuses on developing new business opportunities in Belgium by identifying companies that require qualified manpower, establishing contact with relevant decision-makers and developing long-term professional relationships.
Particular attention will be given to the maritime, shipping, logistics and industrial sectors, while also exploring opportunities in hospitality, construction, manufacturing and other industries.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential companies and business opportunities in Belgium.
Research companies and relevant decision-makers.
Establish professional contact with potential clients.
Introduce Line Crewing and our recruitment and manpower supply services.
Communicate with HR, Crewing, Procurement and Management teams.
Identify current and future manpower requirements.
Develop and follow up on potential cooperation opportunities.
Build long-term B2B relationships.
Provide market feedback regarding recruitment requirements in Belgium.
Requirements
Native Dutch or French speaker.
Currently based in Belgium.
Good English communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional approach to B2B communication.
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, B2B or a related field is an advantage.
Existing professional contacts and knowledge of the Belgian market are highly appreciated.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
